MS Azure Architect​

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Architect to lead our Azure migration initiatives.
• The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Azure services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully migrating on-premise infrastructure to Azure. The Azure Architect will be responsible for client interactions, leading a small team, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of Azure migration projects. Additionally, the candidate will play a crucial role in grooming the team at Automatic and developing a comprehensive practice for Azure migration.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end Azure migration projects, ensuring successful execution within defined timelines and budget constraints.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the Azure migration projects.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Azure services and capabilities, with a focus on migration best practices.
• Utilize hands-on experience (minimum 5+ years) to architect and implement effective solutions for on-premise infrastructure migration to Azure.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Azure migration strategies.
• Take the lead in developing and implementing a robust practice for Azure migration at Automatic.
• Define best practices, methodologies, and standards for Azure migration projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced certifications in Azure are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Azure migration projects, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Previous experience leading a team through the entire project lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of Azure services, architecture, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and promote a positive working culture.
• Experience in client interactions, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions.
