Mr. Amit Kulkarni is the owner and CEO of Automatic Infotech, a reputed SAP and IT Services company in India with a very loyal customer base in Germany, UK, India, APAC and Middle East.
Mr. Kulkarni has over 25 years of rich experience in the field of SAP consulting and Services industry. Mr. Kulkarni has worked with various leading Fortune 500 German corporations managing their global SAP projects. Mr. Kulkarni has spent considerable amount of time in Germany and South Africa.
In the year 2006, he formed Automatic Infotech in India after returning from Germany. Today, he has grown Automatic to a 250+ organization supporting leading European and Indian multinational organizations in their global SAP and IT projects.
Mr. Kulkarni is a socially active entrepreneur, a mentor to various young aspiring entrepreneurs and a passionate sportsperson.

Mr. Bal is the founder and the driving force behind Automatic group of companies. As a qualified Chartered accountant, Mr. Bal has over 41 years of experience in driving various business functions in the industry verticals: Finance, construction, manufacturing, media and consulting.
Mr. and Mrs. Bal started business activities in 1977 and have managed to now grow the business into a diversified group which employs over 2000 professionals across India.

Mrs. Bal is master administrator and the details person of the group. Mrs. Bal is a qualified chartered accountant. Prior to joining the family business, Mrs. Bal, as a senior management member of Siemens has been responsible for various corporate responsibilities in India and Europe. Mrs. Bal has over 36 years of experience in driving various business functions in the industry verticals: Finance, construction, manufacturing, media and consulting.
Mr. and Mrs. Bal started business activities in 1977 and have managed to now grow the business into a diversified group which employs over 2000 professionals across India.

Represented the group in Germany and rest of Europe strengthening the group’s relationship with European customers and partners. Palash heads our SAP Services delivery portfolio and is now also driving the S/4 - digital initiatives at Automatic. Palash has an extensive background of Business and SAP consulting services and has successfully managed various SAP implementation and support engagements for Automatic. Palash (with various teams) has successfully executed projects in Automotive, Engineering, Manufacturing, Steel and Services industry.
Palash loves to travel and explore new locations and countries.

Anil is responsible for strategic initiatives, customer engagements and larger domestic accounts. Anil has an extensive experience in IT program management and transformation projects. Before joining Automatic, Anil has worked for leading BFSI, Pharma, Engineering, Real Estate and Technology companies in IT leadership roles in India and USA.
Anil loves to read, travel and cook and is famous for introducing new culinary delicacies in the office kitchen.

Pankaj heads our Application Development team covering the technology stack of Microsoft, Java and SharePoint. Pankaj is fondly referred to as Patient II as he is the second employee of the organization and has been spearheading the application services initiatives over the years. Pankaj and his team have successfully completed complex application development – migration – transformation assignments for our customers in Automotive – Steel – Manufacturing – Pharma verticals.
Pankaj enjoys old melodies and is a designated singer for all company outings. Pankaj always steps forward to share the talent with fellow employees whenever possible. Making connection and keep expanding the circle is what he believes in.

Manoj (Patient 0 for being the first employee of the company) is heads the IT Infrastructure and Basis support services portfolio of Automatic. Certified in various networking – server management areas, Manoj handles complex RIM projects for our customers with his team. Over the years, Manoj has also extensively developed his skills in SAP GRC / MDG.
Manoj loves to travel, click pictures, making memories in every aspect possible is his thing.

An integral part of the organization from early days, Rahul leads the ABAP development team at Automatic. Over the years, he and his team have successfully supported various global projects for all development requirements. Rahul has positively contributed in all the customer engagements throughout the years.
A calm personality coupled with a welcoming smile on the face – Rahul is always available to help anyone at any hours. Rahul loves playing cricket and is part of Automatic’s internal cricket team.

Keeping it cool and professional is Akshay’s way of handling and tackling the challenges. Akshay leads a diverse and talented bunch within Automatic responsible for ABAP developments – new technologies (FIORI / UI5 / Workflow…). Akshay is also responsible for grooming the new ABAP talent within Automatic. Akshay has extensively worked on various complex customer engagements across different industry verticals.
Behind the calm exterior, Akshay is a fun loving guy who loves to go on long drives with music.

Soothing voice - patience of a monk in dealing with issues – available to help anyone: that’s Arnab for you. Arnab manages our services delivery for the Steel – Metals verticals along with being the CoE member leading the SD-CS-PS competency. Managing the tasks and delivering the processes for the clients from round the globe has developed him the expertise to take-on any challenge and leaving it with the best results.
Arnab is one of the most charming personalities and a devoted foodie of the Automatic family.

Shipra manages our services delivery for the Engineering – Discreet Manufacturing verticals along with being the CoE member leading the MM-WM competency. She has extensively contributed in successful solutions delivery for domestic and international projects. Shipra has excellent expertise in logistics and GST processes and has worked on numerous implementations and roll-outs.

It is difficult to find Shashank without a broad smile on his face. He loves to play cricket and is an integral part of our internal cricket team.

Kaustubh leads our EDI and Interface management competencies. Kaustubh is a multi-skilled resource with expertise in ABAP, Microsoft, Database systems and scripting environments. With his team, Kaustubh ensures that the entire EDI data transmission with external partners works seamlessly.
Kaustubh is a passionate cricket player and also enjoys travelling and trekking.

Alkab heads the Learning & Development initiative at Automatic Infotech. Passionate about competency building, skill mapping, career development and growth, Alkab is keen on employee engagement initiatives as well. She has been instrumental in running the Automatic incubation center successfully.
Between People-Process-Technology, she considers People at the apex of the three that turn the wheels of the organisation.
Alkab has an entrepreneurial spirit and loves adventure, exploring new cultures, learning new skills and meeting new people. Besides English, she speaks French, German and Spanish proficiently.
