Responsibilities:

• Lead and actively participate in the development and enhancement of FIORI applications.
• Leverage your expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client requirements.
• Successfully lead and manage FIORI projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during FIORI projects.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead a small team of FIORI developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Take ownership of building and developing a comprehensive practice around FIORI APPS development.
• Contribute to the establishment and improvement of development processes and best practices.
• Train and groom team members to enhance their FIORI development skills.
• Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in FIORI APPS development and migration.
• Proven experience leading FIORI projects and managing client interactions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Leadership experience, including managing small teams and mentoring team members.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a FIORI practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and related technologies.
• Experience in leading FIORI projects involving customer-facing applications.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and other relevant SAP technologies.
• Certification in SAP Fiori development is a plus.
