Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging SAP BTP to address their needs.
• Lead a small team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of BTP projects. Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage continuous learning and improvement.
• Take ownership of BTP projects from initiation to completion. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet or exceed client expectations. Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that may arise.
• Assume responsibility for the growth and development of the team. Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive practice around SAP BTP. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SAP BTP. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our BTP service offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of SAP BTP solutions within client environments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in BTP projects.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to execute BTP projects successfully.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP and related technologies.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
