Key Responsibilities
- Microsoft Intune Administration
- Manage Intune Tenant and hybrid endpoints (Windows, Mac, Linux, Chrome, Mobile).
- Design role-based access in Intune.
- Work with mobile threat defense tools (Symantec, Microsoft Defender).
- Manage compliance and configuration policies, applications, and app protection.
- Create Power BI reports using Intune audit data.
- Mobile Device Administration
- Handle enrollment workflows and mobile app lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot device issues and policies.
- Support Zero Touch and Automatic Device Enrollment.
- Windows Platform Administration
- Manage Modern Desktop, Intune, Autopilot, and Co-management.
- Troubleshoot deployments, task sequences, and patching.
- Work with Active Directory, GPOs, and O365 deployment.
- Client & Operations
- Interact with clients and provide solutions.
- Monitor tickets using ServiceNow and resolve issues.
- Work in rotational shifts and 24×7 on-call support when required.
- Other Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams and maintain documentation.
- Train new staff on technical processes.
- Ensure compliance and security standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 5+ years in IT with strong skills in Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Intune, Modern Desktop Management, Windows Autopilot.
- Preferred: Microsoft certifications, experience with Azure, MFA, Power BI, PowerShell, Python, Power Automate.
