2008 Automatic bags the SAP PP assessment project for BKT

has successfully added Balkrishna Tyres Ltd. (BKT) to its esteemed
client list. BKT is the flag ship off-road tire manufacturing division of the Siyaram Poddar Group (Turnover US
$ 250 million).

2008 SAP Implementation at ThyssenKrupp Mexinox USA, Chicago
Automatic
as part of the
ThyssenKrupp Nirosta Centre Of Excellence (COE),
is now involved in the SAP implementation of the ThyssenKrupp Mexinox USA,
a subsidiary of ThyssenKrupp Mexinox and ThyssenKrupp AST. Standard SAP
template being used across the ThyssenKrupp Stainless group shall be used
for the SAP roll out project. The project has successfully started and is
expected to go live by August 2008. Automatic
would be involved along with
our other COE colleagues in development and enhancements of the standard SAP
template for ThyssenKrupp Mexinox USA.

Automatic proudly announces successful completion of Warehouse project for Projekt14.
The client is a leading logistics and distribution company based in Germany (with
operations across Europe). A web based warehouse management portal was developed for
the client including the functionalities like inventory management, goods movement,
customer deliveries and management information system. The project was completed
in a record duration up to the satisfaction of the client.

Automatic, as part of the ThyssenKrupp Nirosta Center of Excellence (COE) team along
with Netpoint and HP have successfully participated in the SAP (ECC 5.0) implementation
for ThyssenKrupp Mexinox, Mexico. At first stage, ThyssenKrupp Mexinox has gone live
using SAP ECC 5 with SAP Modules Sales and Distribution, Materials management, financial
accounting and Enterprise Controlling. In the next stage, Automatic along with other
partners from the COE team shall be involved in the SAP implementation project of the
ThyssenKrupp Mexinox Service center located at Chicago.

In time with our Product development segment’s strategy to cater to the
requirements of SME segment, we have successfully completed the development
and beta testing of our integrated ERP software solution MyERP 1.0. MyERP has a fully
customizable architecture enabling flexible operations across various industry verticals.
Modules such as: Sales, Materials management, Purchasing, Inventory, Financial accounting,
Contract manufacturing, financial accounting and in-built document management system cater

Launch of an integrated time and resource management solution: MHPS1.0. With the
growing consulting, project management and IT market, companies are finding it difficult

2007 Development center in Pune
We are proud to announce the establishment of our second development center in Pune.
From 1’st January 2007, our Pune development center has become operational at:

2005 German Software Services and Outsourcing co-operation
Automatic IT Services has formed a Software Services and Outsourcing co-operation with
NETPOINT-PRO
GMBH. As per this agreement, Automatic IT Services shall provide SAP implementation,
ABAP Programming, Basis administration, SAP training and related services for the German
