Direct hire candidates are located, selected, interviewed by Automatic and are offered to the Client for final approval and employment.

Contract consulting:
An hourly/daily/monthly billing rate is quoted for each employee. The quoted rate is fully burdened and includes Automatic’s portion of Social Security, Medicare, Worker's Compensation, and Unemployment Insurance.
